Dining Courses
Confidence at
parties and dinners relieves the worry and embarrassment of
potential social mistakes and makes the event far more enjoyable.
These programs will teach the students how to feel self assured and
comfortable in social situations. Each course consists of 4 hours of
instruction.
Dining Skills for Children (Ages
8-12)
This course covers the

Additional
Information for Above Courses:
Materials for the
Course – Each student will receive a workbook of material
covered in class. Refreshments are served at each
session.
Graduation Ceremony – At the
conclusion of each program, each child will participate in a
graduation ceremony in which they are awarded a certificate. Friends
and family are welcome to attend.
Optional Tutorial
Meal – A tutorial meal may be included in the dining
program. The tutorial meal consists of a receiving line,
host/hostess, guest of honor, and toasting. Family is welcome to
attend the meal. The tutorial adds an additional 2 hours of
instruction to the course.
